Gangisetty Lakshminarayana has M. A, M.Phil and Ph.D in Telugu as well as M.A, B.Ed in Sanskrit. He has 12 years of teaching experience from school level to university level. He received two gold medals in B.Ed, one gold medal in M.A Telugu and one gold medal in PG Diploma in Yoga Vijnana for scoring the top score. He gave 20 distinguished lectures at various academic institutions. He participated in 11 workshops. He presented research papers in 40 National and International seminars. His research is focused on comparative study of Sanskrit and Telugu Literature and grammar.

Gangisetty Lakshminarayana is also associated as a resource person with SiliconAndhra ManaBadi in Telugu language games Telugaata and Matlaata. He won Telugaata season-1 which was organized by SiliconAndhra and T.V 9.
Gangisetty Lakshminarayana is an author of 6 books. 31 of his research articles are published in various books and journals. He is editorial member in yuvabharathi and pramanikrut pracharak in samskrita bhasha prachara samithi.
